Next Round provides your shop with a custom trade-in microsite where members can get a quote for their clubs from home. After accepting the quoted price, they drop their clubs off at your shop and staff can confirm the quote in under two minutes. From there, clubs are packed and shipped using boxes and labels provided by Next Round. Once received at our Richmond, VA warehouse, your shop is paid via direct deposit or check and can issue credit to your members. Your custom microsite is available year-round, but you decide when to activate it and when to run promotional bonuses around events such as trade-in weeks, demo days, or clearance sales.

Next Round has paid $10M+ to shops with 40k+ members served and 300k+ golf clubs purchased. Our program is designed to make trade-ins as simple and valuable as possible for your shop and your members. We provide all marketing and shipping materials, so your staff can focus on the member experience rather than logistics. Trade-in values are locked in upfront, with no haggling and no clubs mailed back to members. Your shop also gets access to a pro portal where staff can view and manage saved member quotes, keeping the process organized and transparent. Once clubs are received in Richmond, your shop is paid via direct deposit, ensuring a fast and straightforward payout.

Next Round gives your members a straightforward, no-hassle way to get value out of their old equipment. Quotes are done conveniently from home, with values locked in upfront — no waiting, no haggling, no uncertainty. Once a trade-in is complete, members walk away with immediate buying power. Credit applies directly toward upgrades, apparel, lessons, or anything else shop credit covers.

There is no fee to run the program. In exchange, the club commits to promoting the activation to its members. We provide all marketing assets and templates. The club executes the promotion. That partnership is what allows the program to remain free.
